Method
Few clients is a decision, not a limitation
We could take on three times the work. We have seen how that ends: deadlines that stretch, emails unanswered for weeks, and work nobody would put their name to. So we do not: we work with only a handful of clients at a time, and we close the books when they are full.
Commitments
What you can expect, in writing
Fixed price before we start
A proposal with defined scope, price and dates. If something genuinely new appears halfway, we price it separately and you decide — it does not simply materialise on the final invoice.
A review every week
Every week you see real, working progress, not a screenshot. Changing course in week two costs a conversation; in week ten it costs money.
We tell you the bad news too
If something slips or we got it wrong, you hear it when it happens. A problem raised early is a problem; raised late it is a crisis.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, code repository and third-party accounts are created under your details and your ownership. We hand over access, not a dependency.
We will tell you no when it is warranted
If an off-the-shelf tool or a different professional serves you better, we will say so. Losing a quote is cheaper than doing bad work.
The process
Four phases, no mystery
Phase 01
Conversation and diagnosis
A call or a coffee to understand your business, not just the brief. We leave with a clear picture of what you need — and sometimes with the conclusion that you need less than you thought. No charge.
About a week
Phase 02
A closed proposal
A document with scope, deliverables, price and dates. We read it together and adjust it until nothing is ambiguous. Nothing begins until it is signed.
2 to 4 days
Phase 03
Building, with reviews
We work in short cycles with a weekly review against the real thing. You see progress, give an opinion, and correct early, while correcting is still cheap.
Project dependent
Phase 04
Launch and aftercare
We publish, verify everything works in production, and train you to run it. After that, whatever maintenance you choose — or none, if you prefer.

Frequently asked
What people ask before hiring us
What does a website cost?
It depends on what it has to do, and anyone quoting you a figure without asking a single question is selling you a template. A well-built brochure site and a store with a large catalogue are different orders of magnitude. In the first conversation we give you a real range, free.
What if you are full right now?
We say so in our first reply and give you a concrete start date. You can wait or look elsewhere, but you will know from minute one. We do not take on one more project and pretend everything is fine.
Do you only work in Spain?
We work remotely without difficulty and operate in Spanish and English. For very different time zones we discuss it up front, because live weekly reviews are part of the method.
Who owns the code when we finish?
You do. You get the full repository and all access under your own name. You can continue with us, with your own team, or with anyone you like.
Can you take over a site someone else started?
Yes, it is a significant part of what we do. We begin with an audit and tell you frankly what is salvageable and what costs more to repair than to rebuild.
Is a maintenance contract mandatory?
No. Maintenance is a separate service you take if you want it. The site is yours and works without it; what it adds is someone watching, updating and answering when something breaks.
Shall we talk about your project?
Tell us what you need, even if it is still fuzzy. You will get a reply within 24 working hours with an honest opinion — including, if it comes to it, that we are not the right fit.
