This policy explains how the personal data you provide through this website is handled, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Data controller
The controller is the owner identified in this site’s legal notice. You may contact them about anything concerning your data at the email address given there.
What data we collect
Only what you voluntarily enter into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company or project name, the type of service you are interested in, and the content of your message. We do not collect browsing data for profiling purposes and we do not use analytics tools that identify you.
Why we process it
Solely to handle and respond to your enquiry, and to manage the resulting business relationship if one comes about. We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing and we do not add you to any distribution list.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). If the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the basis becomes performance of that contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for a maximum of twelve months. If we do work together, data is retained for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The following providers act as data processors in order to deliver the service: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting and anti-spam protection for the form) and Resend (delivery of the email the form generates). Both provide adequate safeguards for international data transfers via the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to the email address in the legal notice. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your request properly.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and form data is transmitted encrypted. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, although no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
