Conversation and diagnosis
A call or a coffee to understand your business, not just the brief. We leave with a clear picture of what you need — and sometimes with the conclusion that you need less than you thought. No charge.

A closed proposal
A document with scope, deliverables, price and dates. We read it together and adjust it until nothing is ambiguous. Nothing begins until it is signed.
2 to 4 days
Phase 03
Building, with reviews
We work in short cycles with a weekly review against the real thing. You see progress, give an opinion, and correct early, while correcting is still cheap.
Project dependent
Phase 04
Launch and aftercare
We publish, verify everything works in production, and train you to run it. After that, whatever maintenance you choose — or none, if you prefer.
